Xhamia e Sarandës
Mosque
The Mosque of Sarandë is a historic mosque in the center of Sarandë, built in 1935 with contributions from the sisters of King Zog I. Closed during the communist period in 1967, it returned to religious use in 1991; its minaret was rebuilt in 2004. The mosque is still an active place of worship.
