Tourist Attraction Zogu Bridge

Zogu Bridge (Mat Bridge), Milot is one of Albania’s most significant historic bridges. Built in 1926–1927 over the Mat River during the era of Ahmet Zogu and inaugurated on May 26, 1927, the approximately 480-meter-long bridge was one of the country's largest infrastructure projects at the time. Today it is a protected cultural monument, although the bridge is closed to traffic.
