Bënçë Bektashi Tekke is a historic Bektashi spiritual site near Tepelenë, traditionally associated with the Baba Idriz tekke. The site has roots dating to around 1870 and stands on Qafa e Taçit, offering impressive views over the Vjosa River. The original tekke was damaged by the 1963 earthquake and later religious restrictions, while the Baba Idriz türbe was inaugurated in 2018. An annual pilgrimage is held here every 12 October.
