The Theatre of Byllis is one of the most impressive monuments of the ancient city, built in the mid-3rd century BC. Its semicircular seating area has a diameter of about 78 metres and could accommodate around 7,500 spectators, making it one of the largest ancient theatres in present-day Albania.
