The Cave of Kreshmoit is a remarkable archaeological cave near Konispol, believed to have been inhabited for more than 20,000 years. Archaeological excavations have revealed evidence from the Paleolithic, Mesolithic, Neolithic, Bronze and Iron Ages, making it one of the most important prehistoric caves in southern Albania.
