Haxhi Ali Cave is one of the best-known natural and historical attractions of the Karaburun Peninsula near Vlorë. Located directly on the coast, the cave is mainly accessible by boat, offering a spectacular entrance into a large rocky chamber overlooking the sea.
The cave is named after Haxhi Ali, an Albanian sailor and merchant from the 18th century who, according to local tradition, used the cave as a shelter for his ships. Today, it is a popular stop for boat tours, photography, swimming, and exploring the Karaburun coastline.
