BeachThe beaches of Albania’s largest island, at the mouth of Vlora Bay — once a strictly closed military zone, today part of the Karaburun–Sazan Marine Park. Crystal-clear water for swimming and snorkelling, with Cold War tunnels and base buildings scattered in the Mediterranean scrub. Visited by boat tours from Vlora, typically June to November.
