The Palace of Culture “Dedë Ndue Lazri” is located in Gjergj Kastrioti Square in the center of Lezhë, opposite the city hall. It is an important cultural center hosting artistic, folkloric, and cultural events that showcase the traditions and cultural life of Lezhë. The building is named after Lezhë-born artist and writer Dedë Ndue Lazri.
