Obelisku i Apollonit

The Obelisk of Apollo stands in front of the Temenos Gate and is a symbol of Apollo Agieus, the protector of the colonists. The monument stands on a cylindrical base and its representation appears frequently on the ancient coins of Apollonia, particularly from the mid-3rd century BC onward.
