Lapidari i Leni Shytërmesë

The Lapidary of Leni Shytërmesë is a memorial dedicated to Leni Shytërmeja, a 19-year-old volunteer who died on 11 August 1967 while working on military fortifications near Kryegjatë and Radostinë, Fier. She was later proclaimed a “Martyr of the Homeland”, and the memorial stands near the site of the accident as a reminder of her story and the era in which she lived.
