Lezhë Castle is a historic fortress rising above the city of Lezhë, built on the foundations of an ancient settlement and shaped by Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman influences. Its preserved walls, towers and archaeological remains reveal the strategic importance of Lezhë throughout history. From the castle, visitors can enjoy panoramic views over the city, the Drin River and the surrounding landscape.
