A neighbourhood at Tirana’s eastern edge, on the road climbing towards Mount Dajti — its name, “the cool”, recalls the fresh air of what was once a streamside leisure spot. Today a familiar starting point for Dajti and the area’s restaurants, always a touch cooler than the centre.
