Archaeological Site
The Library of Apollonia was located on the eastern side of the ancient Agora and is traditionally identified as the city’s library and archive. Archaeologist Leon Rey identified the building as a library based on features in its interior walls that may have supported wooden shelves, although its exact function remains uncertain.
