The project is an international festival of young writers who will meet in Tirana. The festival aims to promote high-quality Albanian and European literature by creating a cultural space where young European writers will meet one another and, through the literature they write, engage with renowned and distinguished writers at the national and international levels, thereby fostering dialogue among them. The festival places a particular focus on the ways in which literature gives voice to literary talents, who will take part in literary discussion panels attended by a large number of readers.
