A unique and one of the longest-running events in Albania, recognized as one of the most important folklore festivals after the one in Gjirokastër. It brings together folklore groups from Albania and Albanian-inhabited territories, promoting the preservation of cultural heritage, cultural tourism, and the development of local businesses in Peshkopi. Its main goal is to unite Albanian artists across borders, turning “Oda Dibrane” into a symbol of Albanian unity and hospitality.
