The concert on October 26 will bring a special evening dedicated to the repertoire of Baroque music to the stage of the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet, through the performance of two Albanian soloists with artistic careers in Italy. This event aims to establish an important artistic bridge between the Albanian music scene and the professional experience of Albanian artists pursuing their careers abroad, offering local audiences a rich program of significant historical and artistic value.
At the center of the program will be one of the best-known masterpieces of the Baroque instrumental repertoire, Antonio Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” (Le quattro stagioni), a work that holds an important place in the history of European music and in the development of the instrumental concerto. Through its rich musical language, rhythmic contrasts, melodic nuances, and continuous dialogue between the soloists and the orchestra, this work offers an artistic experience that combines technical virtuosity with the expressive power of music.
